Petition filed in Supreme Court

New Delhi – Dr Rajnish Singh has filed a petition in Supreme Court to know the history of Taj Mahal. In this petition, he has demanded the constitution of a fact-finding committee to study the real history of Taj Mahal, stating that there is no scientific evidence to prove Shah Jahan built it. There are many things described in history about the Taj Mahal, but there is no scientific evidence to prove it, Dr Rajnish Singh said in this petition.

Earlier, Dr Rajshish Singh had filed a petition in the Allahabad High Court demanding to open the basement rooms of the Taj Mahal and find out the truth and facts, but his petition was rejected. Dr Singh has now challenged Allahabad High Court’s decision in the Supreme Court.
