After this incident, Pakistani citizens talked about Arshdeep Singh on social media as he was a pro-Khalistani.

Wikipedia website also made viral similar information about him; therefore, India’s Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology has issued a notice to Wikipedia seeking an explanation for associating Arshdeep Singh with the Khalistan movement. A high-level committee of the Information and Technology Department will inquire into Wikipedia’s executives.
