Puttur (Karnataka) – Kedila Gram Panchayat member Habib and his accomplices assaulted the wife of ex-serviceman Shivram Bhat. It is believed to have been an attack over a land dispute. The injured woman has been admitted to Puttur hospital. Local Hindu leader Arun Kumar Puttil visited the hospital and consoled the woman and her family.
