Kyiv (Ukraine) – A video of a Russian soldier beheading a Ukrainian soldier has gone viral on social media. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba tweeted, ‘It is absurd that Russia, which is worse than the terrorist organisation ISIS, is presiding over the United Nations Security Council. Russian terrorists must be kicked out of Ukraine and the UN and be held accountable for their crimes’.

1. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also tweeted about this incident and said that the world cannot ignore Russia’s action. We will not forget all this. We will never forgive Russia for these crimes. Russia will have to take responsibility for this incident. The defeat of Russian terror is necessary.

2. Speaking about the incident, European Union spokeswoman Nabila Masrali said, ‘We don’t have much information on the matter, but if it is true, it will be another example of Russia’s inhumane behaviour’.
