Let the Court decide if the law is applicable : Shyam Manav, ANiS

Shyam Manav, ANiS

Nagpur – The Police officer in Nagpur Amitesh Kumar refused to file an FIR against the Bageshwar Dham Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri. He also made it clear that the Black Magic Law has not been violated in his darbar. In the press conference held on this matter, the founder of ‘Akhil Bharatiya Andhashraddha Nirmoolan Samiti’ Shyam Manav said that we are left with no other option than going to Court. This is an insult to the decision of the Sambhajinagar Bench of the High Court.

He further said that initially, he has filed the complaint on behalf of the Government Council and hence is taking all the possible efforts on that level. The Court can ask what we did earlier. We should get a chance to present all this in front of them. If on this level the administration is not taking an action claiming that the law is not applicable, then the Court will give the decision regarding it.

Editorial viewpoint

Police forces are a part of the Government and they have given their decision after a proper investigation. Opposing it shows a lack of trust in them. It is the motive of ANiS to target Hindu Dharma and its saints. What else can we expect from Shyam Manav !
