Kalaburagi (Karnataka) – PM Modi is like a poisonous snake. You might be perturbed thinking, is this poison or not ? If you happen to lick it, you are sure to die, stated the Congress President and MP Mallikarjun Kharge in the election campaign here. Seeing the uproar about it he tried to justify saying that his remark was on ideology and not meant for any person. He was responding to PM Modi’s remark, ‘Congress means a false guarantee, Congress means a surety of corruption’.

It wasn’t meant for PM Modi, what I meant was BJP’s ideology is ‘like a snake’.
