Mumbai – Two cases have been registered in Mumbai for posting anti-India message. The crime is participating in anti-national activity which could endanger the sovereignty of the country, the case was registered at Chunabhatti and Malwani Police Stations.

1.In this matter the Police of Chunabhatti Station have arrested a 20-year-old youth. A case was registered in the Police Station of a 20-year-old youth from Kurla posting an anti-India post on Instagram. The Police had taken suo-moto action in this matter.
2.In Malad, a 26-year-old youth filed a complaint at the Malwani Police Station. The complainant is working at a cable network business. He saw that someone had kept a message against the ‘Operation Sindoor’ as his Status on WhatsApp. It had an anti-national emoji. The crime of doing anti- national activity though residing in India has been registered, and the accused is being traced.
