
Ottawa (Canada) – Khalistani supporter Jagmeet Singh and his party suffered a crushing defeat in the Canadian general election. After the defeat, Jagmeet Singh resigned from the party’s presidency. His party won only seven seats. In the last election, this party had won 25 seats.
After the defeat, Jagmeet Singh said that he will not let the Khalistani movement weaken. However, the people have not accepted this movement. He said he was disappointed, but he would continue his efforts to promote Khalistan.
Mark Carney would once again be the Canadian Prime Minister

In this elections, Justin Trudeau’s Liberal Party is set to return to power. It is seen that his party is winning 166 seats in this election. 172 MPs are required to form a Government in Canada. Trudeau’s party needs only 9 seats for this. This party and the current Prime Minister, Mark Carney, will be the Prime Minister once again. The opposition Conservative Party will get 145 seats in this election. This party is far away from the seat of power.
