Protests in Australia against Pahalgam attack : ‘Stop Pakistan terrorism’ slogans

Melbourne (Australia) – The terrorist attack in Baisaran Valley of Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, on 22nd April, which claimed 26 lives, left the nation mourning and communities grieving. The attack drew widespread condemnation and sparked protests across the world. After the  tragic attack , thousands from the Indian community in Melbourne, Australia, came together at Federation Square on Saturday to protest against Pakistan-backed terrorism.

The protestors, holding Indian flags, banners, and placards, expressed grief and demanded justice for the victims. In the video shared by the news agency, the demonstrators were seen passionately chanting slogans like “We Want Justice” and “Stop Terrorism.” Protests were also held near the Pakistan Embassy in Kathmandu, Nepal, over the  Pahalgam terror attack.
