Hindu community should confirm vendors’ religion before buying goods from them : Minister Nitesh Rane

Dapoli (Ratnagiri) – “We need to stay united as Hindus. Look at what is happening around us. In Kashmir, Hindu tourists were shot at after confirming that they were Hindus. Therefore, to respond to those who support Pakistan, the Hindu community should ask the religion of the sellers before buying goods from them. If they are so hardline about their religion, then why are we making them rich ? What kind of fraternity and secularism is this ?”, questioned Maharashtra’s Minister of Fisheries and Ports Development Nitesh Rane.He was speaking at Hindu Dharmasabha held at Adakhal in Dapoli taluka.

Minister Rane further said,

1. Some shopkeepers will not reveal their religion. If they say that they are Hindus, ask them to recite ‘Hanuman Chalisa’. If they do not know ‘Hanuman Chalisa’, do not buy anything from them. They make us recite ‘Kalma’ (verses praising Allah), at least let us ask if they know ‘Hanuman Chalisa’.

2. As Hindus, you should stay united. I assure you that no one will be able to harm you. First learn to say that the country we live in is a Hindu Rashtra. If 85% Hindus live in this country, then only Hindu rules will apply there. Others will not have a say. Priority should be given to Hindus.

3. In this same port (Adakhal Port), our Hindu brothers were beaten up for parking their vehicles on the jetty. How could there be unauthorized parking there if this place belongs to the port department ? How can they do unauthorized construction, break the rules, park dumpers in the wrong places, break the laws and then throw stones at us? We stand firmly with you to settle accounts with those whose hands throw stones at you.

4. We will have our own rule over this sea. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj had shown the same strength. I am sitting in the ministry as the minister of this department to keep our seacoast safe. I will not let anyone break the rules here. There are snakes that are wiggling, I have all the medicines to fix them.
