4 Pakistani soldiers killed in the attack by Baluchistan rebels

Islamabad – Four Pakistani soldiers were killed and three others injured in a powerful blast near a vehicle at Margat check post in Quetta in Balochistan province. Baloch rebels are said to be behind the attack.

1. Baloch rebels demanding an independent Balochistan have launched deadly attacks on the Pakistani army since the beginning of this year. A large number of Pakistani soldiers have been killed.

2. On April 24, Baloch rebels carried out a similar attack in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The rebels targeted a police vehicle on Bannu Miranshah Road here. Two policemen were injured in the blastcarried out by them.

3. In March 2024, Baloch rebels claimed that 100 Pakistani soldiers were killed in the biggest attack by the separatist group ‘Baloch Liberation Army’.
